Global IT distributor selects Straatos BPM platform to enhance logistic operations

Reconciliation involves the automated matching of the returned notes number with order schedules generated from their ERP system. Missing delivery notes could indicate the possibilities of unreturned documents, delayed delivery, or lost items. With the automation of the reconciliation process, shipment irregularities are discovered earlier and remedied immediately.
